We created the East Idaho Women in Leadership Summit because the women holding up this community, in business, in leadership, and at home, rarely get a room built just for them. This is that room. A full day of real connection, honest conversation, and the kind of growth that keeps growing long after you go home. Whether you lead a team, run a business, or simply feel the quiet pull toward something more, you belong here.

With love,

-Bethany Stone and Holly Writh

Meet the women taking the stage

A speaker lineup built around substance, not fluff.

Lacey Marie

Lacey Marie is a transformational speaker, resilience mentor, truth-teller and the Executive Director of Recon Marketing. She helps women turn adversity into authority, reclaim their voice, and lead from the truth of who they are.

She doesn’t take the stage to impress, she takes it to set people free. With unfiltered storytelling, unmistakable presence, and hard-won wisdom, Lacey speaks to the parts of us that have learned to stay quiet, play small, or carry shame alone. She creates the kind of space where truth becomes courage, and courage becomes action.

From TEDx stages to national conferences, Lacey delivers bold, deeply human talks that move beyond inspiration. Her work challenges audiences to rebuild their worth, release the versions of themselves built for approval, and rise fully in their power.

This isn’t safe inspiration. It’s honest, disruptive, and lasting, the kind that shifts something. Lacey leaves audiences with more than motivation; she leaves them with permission to lead authentically, live unapologetically, and become who they were always meant to be.

Candy Pedersen

Candy Pedersen is a leadership consultant, keynote speaker, and entrepreneur passionate about igniting courageous women to lead with purpose, authenticity, and impact. After 15+ years in healthcare leadership, Candy is now expanding her influence into the financial services industry, helping people build leadership skills while creating greater financial opportunity and freedom. As the founder of Heart & Backbone Leadership and a Maxwell Leadership Certified coach, she inspires women to embrace their influence, step boldly into their next chapter, and become the leaders they were created to be.

 Mandy Anderson

Mandy Anderson is a mother of eight, professional photographer, model, dress designer, and Mrs. America United Nations.

Mandy is the founder and creator of Unfinished Wings, a 501(c)(3) suicide prevention nonprofit that uses fashion, art, and personal storytelling to bring hope and light to people who struggle in the darkness of suicidality. Mandy creates each Unfinished Wings dress during her own suicidal episodes, with every dress carrying the story of a different battle she fought to stay alive. Intentionally left unfinished, each dress serves as a reminder that even in the darkest moments, our stories are not finished yet. Her growing Unfinished Wings Collection has walked international runways including Paris Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week, Switzerland Fashion Week, India and Malta and the United States.

Through her platforms and her Unfinished Wings project, she openly shares her ongoing struggle with suicidality—not as something she has overcome, but as something she is still living and fighting through it. Through fashion shows, speaking engagements, and sharing her unfolding story on social media, Mandy carries a simple message to others who are fighting to stay: You are not alone. You are not finished.

Tifanie Maupin

Tifanie Maupin is an entrepreneur, mother, mentor, and transformational leader who built her life from the ground up and refuses to let anyone convince her that where you start determines where you finish. She knows what it feels like to hit rock bottom. She has lived through an abusive marriage, financial instability, starting over with nothing, and the kind of seasons that force you to decide whether you’re going to stay stuck in your story or become the woman who changes it. She chose to change it. From rebuilding her career behind the chair and starting over financially to building a multiple seven figure business, creating location and financial freedom, and leading a thriving community of entrepreneurs, Tifanie has turned the hardest chapters of her life into the foundation for everything she is building today. Her greatest accomplishment isn’t the money. It’s the woman she became on the way there. Today, Tifanie is known for her raw, unapologetic approach to leadership, personal responsibility, wealth, and reinvention. She challenges women to stop waiting for permission, stop negotiating with the version of themselves that is afraid, and start taking radical ownership of the life they were created to live. Her message is both simple and profound, Rock bottom is not a life sentence. It is a starting point. Through her own story of survival, motherhood, entrepreneurship, faith, and relentless personal growth, Tifanie reminds women that they are not disqualified by their past. They are not trapped by their circumstances. And they are not required to remain the woman they had to become just to survive. She doesn't speak from a pedestal. She speaks from the other side of the fire. She is here to remind every woman in the room that the chapter that almost broke her may be the very chapter that introduces her to who she was always meant to become.

Every part of the day is built with intention.
