For parents raising kids ages 9–19

Youth Speaker School gives young people
a place to practice expressing their ideas, advocate for themselves and
speak with greater confidence
before the stakes become higher.
Because you will not always be there to speak for them.
Choose from three age-based programs.
You May Notice That They
Go silent in moments that matter.
They were treated unfairly but could not find the words to explain what happened or speak up for themselves.
Stay quiet even when they know the answer.
They were treated unfairly but could not find the words to explain what happened or speak up for themselves.
Withdraw or become more isolated.
They avoid unfamiliar situations or stop participating in things they previously enjoyed.
Change how they act around certain friends.
They change their opinions, behavior or personality to stay accepted by the group.
Shut down when trying to express themselves.
You know they understand the subject, but they struggle to communicate what they think when attention turns toward them.
These moments can appear small. But as children get older, the world expects them to speak, decide and advocate for themselves with less help from you.

I spent 23 years in Montessori education watching what happens when children are trusted to grow at their own pace, given real tools, and treated like whole human beings. And I spent just as many years watching what happens when they're not.
Youth Speaker School grew out of everything I've learned about how young people actually develop confidence, how fear really works, and what it takes to help a child find their voice and mean it.
This is not a performance class. It's a becoming class. And I would love to talk with you about whether it's the right fit for your family.
Reach out and let's have a real conversation about your child, what you're hoping for them, and whether Voices Rising is the right next step.
No pressure. No pitch. Just a conversation.
Still wondering whether this is the right support for your child?

Youth Speaker School was built on 23 years of Montessori education.
We teach young people to do the inner work first: naming the fear, clarifying the values, finding the real voice.
Voice
Express ideas clearly, speak up when something matters and communicate with greater confidence.
Values
Understand what they believe, make thoughtful choices and communicate without losing themselves around others.
Leadership
Take initiative, manage emotions, contribute to groups and become more comfortable being seen and heard.
The result isn't just a better speaker.
It's a young person who knows who they are and isn't afraid to show it.
Give them a place to practice using their voice before the next important moment arrives.
Every week your child joins a live session with their age group. We go deep on one life skill or speaking concept, then practice it together in a safe, supported space. No judgment, just growth.
Learning happens between sessions too. Every week your child gets a short, practical exercise so the skill actually sticks, not just as information, but as a habit.
Every quarter, students take a real stage in front of a live panel of judges. This is the moment it all comes together: the confidence work, the life skills, the voice work, everything they've been building. Top scorer in each group earns a portion of that group's registration fees. This is about real stakes and real reward.
Your child isn't just showing up to class once a week. They're part of a private Skool community where they can connect, share, get encouragement, and keep growing between live sessions.
