Voices Rising was built on 23 years of Montessori education and a deep belief that the most important skills a young person can develop aren't academic. They're human.
We teach young people to speak from the inside out. That means doing the inner work first: naming the fear, clarifying the values, finding the real voice underneath the performance anxiety, and then stepping onto a stage with something genuine to say.
The result isn't just a better speaker. It's a young person who knows who they are and isn't afraid to show it.

This is not a one-time workshop. It's a practice, and practice is where transformation actually happens.
1. Weekly live class inside the community
Every week your child joins a live session with their age group. We go deep on one life skill or speaking concept, then practice it together in a safe, supported space. No judgment, just growth.
2. A real practice exercise to take home
Learning happens between sessions too. Every week your child gets a short, practical exercise so the skill actually sticks, not just as information, but as a habit.
3. Quarterly live stage experience
Every quarter, students take a real stage in front of a live panel of judges. This is the moment it all comes together: the confidence work, the life skills, the voice work, everything they've been building. Top scorer in each group earns a portion of that group's registration fees. This is about real stakes and real reward.
4. Community access between sessions
Your child isn't just showing up to class once a week. They're part of a private Skool community where they can connect, share, get encouragement, and keep growing between live sessions.
The quarterly stage experience is unlike anything else out there.
Most speaking programs end with polished presentations in a classroom. Ours ends with your child standing in front of real judges, delivering a talk that actually matters to them, and being recognized for it.

Hi, I'm Bethany.
I spent 23 years in Montessori education watching what happens when children are trusted to grow at their own pace, given real tools, and treated like whole human beings. And I spent just as many years watching what happens when they're not.
Voices Rising grew out of everything I've learned about how young people actually develop confidence, how fear really works, and what it takes to help a child find their voice and mean it.
