Why this school exists
Somewhere along the way, most of us learned to shrink in the rooms that matter.
The meeting where you stayed quiet. The idea you never pitched. The story you never told. This school was built to change the way you show up — not just on a stage, but in every room of your life: your work, your business, your leadership, your family.
Speaking was never really the skill. It is the surface of the skill. Underneath it is a person, and that is where we do the work.

Always recorded if life happens, so a busy week never puts you behind.
One practical assignment for your real life
After each lab, you put the skill to work that same week: a meeting, a conversation, a moment that matters.
A private community of adults doing the same brave work
Around it all, a dedicated space where growth-minded adults encourage each other between labs.
Start whenever you are ready
There is no falling behind here, and no waiting for the next start date. Each week has one skill, and the curriculum keeps coming around. Wherever you come in, you simply begin with the skill of that week — and every lesson will find you before your journey is done.

The Stage
A real audience. Real feedback. A real reason to bring your best.
Throughout the year, you will have opportunities to perform on our live virtual Stage ($150 to participate).
- •Expert coaches listen to every speaker and score each performance.
- •Every single person receives personal, written feedback notes.
- •The highest score takes home one third of that stage's entry pool.
And this work does not stay on the stage. It shows up in the pitch you finally make, the raise you finally ask for, the boundary you finally hold, the toast, the hard conversation at the kitchen table. When you change the way you speak, you change the way you live.
Your coach
Hi, I'm Bethany.
I've spent 23 years helping people find the voice underneath the performance — first in Montessori classrooms, and now with leaders, business owners, and teams through the moments that matter most.
This school grew out of everything I've learned about how confidence is actually built: not through pep talks, but through honest fear work, weekly practice, and a community that sees you. I'd love to talk with you about where you are, and where you want your voice to take you.
