You join our adult school and do the same brave work: purpose, presence, mindset, vision, and serving others with your voice.
Here is the heart of it: courage, presence, emotional awareness, vision, and serving others — the same skills, the same weeks, in both of your lives.
Why families do this together
Children don't become leaders because we tell them to.

When you are learning the same skill your child is learning that week, everything changes. You are no longer asking "how was class?" You are saying "this one was hard for me too." You do not assign courage. You demonstrate it. You face your fear the same week they face theirs — and they see it. That is modeling, and it is the most powerful teaching there is.

One live class each, every week
You each attend one live class per week in your own program — and every class is recorded, so busy family life never puts you behind.
One real-life assignment each — then compare notes at dinner
After each class, you each put that week's skill to work in real life. The dinner-table conversation is where the experience comes alive.
Join whenever your family is ready
There is no pressure to start at the very beginning. Begin with the skill of that week — the curriculum keeps coming around, so every lesson will find you both.
Take the Stage — both of you
Throughout the year, you will each have opportunities to perform on our live virtual Stage, with expert coaches giving every speaker scored, personal feedback.

Hi, I'm Bethany.
I spent 23 years in Montessori education watching what happens when children are trusted to find their own voice — and what happens in a family when a parent finds theirs at the same time.
This experience grew out of both. I coach your child in their world and you in yours, so that the same growth is happening in your home, in the same weeks, in a language you now share. I'd love to hear about your family and what you want this to build.
